Progress on Ads
Since I last posted, I have revised all 3 ads and changed 2 of them completely, but in the end I decided to use the silhouette of Homer J. Simpson in all three ads. I'm not sure of which 3.5 x11 ad I will use. So let me know which one you prefer as well as what you think of all 3 ads. Enjoy.

ReplyDeleteSo like i tried to say before. The last one, the address can be moved a little more to the left. Right now it is floating a little too much to the right and it all alone.
ReplyDeleteAlso the "Eat one that's worth it". I think is can be stressed a little more. It is about the right size in the 5.5'' example, but in the others, I feel like it is important enough to be a little bigger. I don't think it needs to be anchored onto the logo.
Lastly, in your letter size example, the body text, right now it looks like it is just slabbed on there. I was thinking maybe you can make it flow a little more the the body. Make it move down. I don't know if this will go against Typography 101 but maybe have it flow down.. if that makes sense. Give it a shape or form, just so it interacts with the figure more. If this doesn't make sense just give me a call and I can explain it more. :) I think this is all I placed in the previous comment haha! Hate it when I write something insightful and it deletes ^.^
I really do love it though, the figure looks great and the way you used color and negative space works!
